Bain de Terre and Quantum Professional Hair Care Products

Exciting opportunity for a dynamic education professional to promote product usage and increase sales of Bain de Terre, Quantum and other leading Zotos Core Brands through education, training, demonstrations and detailing to key distributors throughout the Washington, Montana, Idaho, Oregon and Colorado. This position requires 65% travel.

Responsibilities:
Assists in educating Distributor Sales Staff and personnel on Zotos products, their usage and application.
Provides practical “hands-on” training and education on product usage and application.
Participates in the planning and execution of regional shows, distributor sales meetings and education events, including staffing, formatting, budgeting and assessment, as directed by the National Sales & Education Director or Regional Sales Education Manager.
Advised company of pertinent competitive information and activity within the territory.
Details with Distributor sales personnel as necessary for training and sell through purposes.
Works closely with Distributor Sales Consultants and Store Personnel to promote Zotos Core Brand products to salons by providing in-depth product information, merchandising direction at shows and during detailing and presence in stores.
Completes communication, reports, and assignments in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Regional Sales and Education Manager

Requirements:
Current Cosmetology License
Five years experience in the professional hair care industry: including sales, chemical application, styling and conducting presentations
Strong presentation, communication, administration skills
Proven ability to conduct education classes in chemical application and hairdressing services
Computer skills includes Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
