Regional Director of Admissions High School Market

Denver Auto Diesel College is seeking a sales candidate with prior supervisory/management experience. We need someone who is not only experienced in proprietary education but also with High School admissions/in-home sales to work with our current reps and also to build a large team to recruit all throughout California..
A Regional Director or Assistant director of Admissions from other proprietary schools with prior outstanding success records are welcome. Our Denver school currently has 1000+ students and is growing rapidly.
In this position you will work directly with the Director of High School Admissions to assist in the mentoring, coaching and development of admissions (sales) representatives of our campus in the California area.
Heavy travel schedule is required as you travel with your reps in outlying areas.In addition you will be responsible for the following:• Follow up with future students and their parents.
• Assist with hiring and training of Admissions Representatives
• Meet or exceed monthly start budgets, both individual and team.
• Compile and generate reports
• Fill in for Director of Admissions for meetings, conference calls in their absence
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Prior supervisory or management experience a plus
• Ability to close sales
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong telephone skills desired
• Experience working in a career education environment
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to travel extensively• MS Office proficiency required with a strength in Excel skills
