Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; Masters required. Must hold current license to practice nursing in the State of Kentucky.
Must obtain and/or maintain current CPR Instructor certification.
Minimum of three years experience in Telemetry and/or PACU, and/orPre/Post-Op and/or Pre-Admission Testing.
