Reports to Manager of Patient Care Services. Active in program planning. Responsible for the coordination of orientation and delivers education and staff development for direct patient care givers. Evaluates clinical practice for the unit and monitors the standards of care. Provides clinical supervision. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in the nurse educator role preferred. Five years of nursing experience in telemetry or cardiac related nursing specialty area. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or the equivalent (education must meet the requirements for California licensure). MSN preferred.
