DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for quality monitoring and improvement activities for the department in areas of overall clinical competency, regulatory compliance and benchmarking. Demonstrates expertise in home care informatics, specifically the PtCT system, and corresponding data and analysis. Provides staff and leadership education related to both of these functions.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
BSN degree required. 5 years experience in Home Health with strong OASIS data collection/analysis skills/documentation requirements. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excell. Experience in PtCT software and benchmarking data. Experience in staff education strongly preferred. Must have active Illinois Registered Nurse License.
