Program Specialist - IAESTE Inbound

If you are interested in becoming an integral part of making international exchange experiences possible for students, companies and other professionals, you will want to join AIPT’s (Association for International Practical Training) IAESTE team as a Program Specialist Inbound Coordinator. Along side a highly-motivated, very collegial, and stable staff, you will work to provide expansion and support to the East and Central regions by delivering membership services and benefits. As a Program Specialist, you will create and foster relationships with universities and technical companies and administer exchange programs by overseeing the application process, selection and placement, and visa processes for trainees and employers participating in work abroad opportunities.About AIPT

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience Required:
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Substantive overseas experience and foreign language ability strongly desired.
•Excellent writing and communication skills essential.
•Sales and Marketing background a plus.
•Customer service-oriented approach and philosophy required.
•Public speaking skills, phone skills and enthusiasm necessary.
•Proven ability to work effectively with customers, clients, students and professionals from diverse cultures.Skills & Abilities Required:
•Ability to effectively communicate with and influence both internal and external customers, as well as key stakeholders.•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, to prioritize workload, to organize and to make decisions in a time sensitive environment.
•Ability to work independently.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
•Ability to articulate to a diverse audience and deliver effective and informative presentations.
