Sylvan Learning Center, the world’s leading provider of supplemental education, is seeking part time Education Managers.. To be considered for this position you must have a teaching certificate (expired certification is acceptable). Reporting to the Center Director you will:

Hire, manage and train instructors
Create and administer student programs and progress tests
Provide positive reinforcement and motivate students
Create and maintain an environment conducive to learning
Evening and weekend hours are necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in education
State certification (expired is acceptable)
Business and sales experience, managerial skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
2+ years’ teaching/education experience is a plus
