Carreker's Revenue Enhancement division is recognized throughout the banking industry for delivering millions of dollars in value on an annual basis. If you would like the opportunity to build industry contacts nationally and internationally and expand your broad based management consulting skills, this is the position for you. You will experience a wide range of travel when you are not working from your home office.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing on site projects
• Consulting with clients weekly
• Performing work flow and revenue analysis
• Participating in sales calls as needed.
• You will be traveling 25 to 35 weeks per year / 4 days per week and working out of your home office 10 to 20 weeks per year.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with trust and investment operation and a thorough understanding of how to measure operational performance and set bench marks.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams of managers pooling and coordinating resources and using project plans to ensure all projects are completed on schedule.

• Experience with operation of major Trust and Investment system (SEI, Sungard, or Metavante)

• Detail understanding of wealth management fee structures, processes and management reporting in personal trust, employee benefits, and other related areas like property management, tax services, etc.

• Proven ability to develop manage and implement programs to optimize business processes for maximum performance.
• Experience with systems vendor serving as the bank’s implementation project manager in the trust /wealth management area.

• Perform quantitative assessment on internal operational and revenue performance as compared to what may be standard in the industry.

• Collaborate with administrative, operations and technology managers to define and implement program administrative procedures, integrating service quality and performance measurement into daily operational processes

•Work on Carreker team of product/solution managers responsible for the development, positioning, marketing, and product support for our strategic alliance partners.

• Experience consulting with or managing implementation and ongoing service in a super regional or national bank is helpful

• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
