We will be hosting 2 upcoming job fairs for applicants interested in the Miami-Broward county and will be conducting on the spot interviews!!

$200.00 SIGN ON BONUS for applicants hired with a CDA or higher!

Below is a brief description of general duties required:


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Consistently provide oversight for the safe supervision of children
Manage staff of Early Childhood Professionals
Oversee success of financial plan for the academy
Complete book-work, file maintenance for staff and children, and scheduling of employees
Assist in attracting prospective parents/customers
Assume teaching responsibilities for any age group/class on an as needed basis

REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Director credential according to the state of Florida (Director/Asst. Director candidates)
45 hour certification
AA/BA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
Previous management experience working in a preschool setting (Director candidates)
Goal oriented
