As a newly hired team member you will complete a 200 hour in-house training program. After the initial training period you will become part of our coaching team and will receive 25-30 training hours per week. NO Selling. No time spent building a client list. At Fitness Mojo, we want you to focus on becoming a world class exercise specialist, not worrying about finding people to train.
Additionally, as a team member you will be required to participate in customer service activities and follow-up, as well as Training and service related tasks such as programming, client notes, and exercise prescription.
Fitness Mojo has very specific training protocols and procedures and requires employees to follow them strictly. This is a challenging and demanding position, with rigorous standards but provides lots of opportunity for the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
The position requires;
•Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a certified personal Trainer.•4 year Exercise science degree (If you do not have a 4 year Exercise Science degree you must possess one, or more, of the following preferred certifications: NSCA ( CSCS or NSCA-CPT), ACSM, NASM, ISSA, USAW a bonus.)
•Excellent communication skills,
•Willingness to work split shifts when necessary
•Desire to enhance all related skill sets.
•Concern for company growth and co-workers best interests.
•Solid base knowledge of Anatomy, Biomechanics, Physiology, and Nutritional science.
•Excellent Verbal Skills:
•Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Wages will range from $22 to $30/per hour after training period based on training experience, certifications held, and level of proficiency in multiple areas.
