Our small group instruction programs are designed to meet the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act. Instructors will teach vocabulary and comprehension and/or Mathematics to groups of 12 elementary or middle school students. Instructors will assess students, teach students reading/math concepts, manage classroom behavior and record progress. Training, management and all lesson plans are provided. Excellent program and work environment.
Paid training is provided.Training is done on-line, so Internet access is a must.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Indiana Teaching License or Substitute License is required.
Candidates must have a BA/BS.
Experience in K-12 education is a must.
Ability to teach English Language Learners and fluency in Spanish helpful.
High energy level and flexibility needed.
Belief that all kids can learn and positive outlook are essential.
Instructors could work up to four days per week (2 – 6 hours per week).
