We seek an exceptional leader who will set the strategic direction for the campus and achieve desired results.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or related area is required.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a president or senior-level administrator of a high growth operation with full P&L responsibility, solid marketing knowledge, and in an intense customer service organization.
Adept at motivating others and be driven to exceed goals.
Thorough knowledge of direct response marketing and sales, customer service, profit and loss management, regulatory compliance, and employee/customer motivation and retention.
Ability to develop and maintain strategic and long-range plans for the school that will enable it to meet the growth expectations of the company.
Ability to establish standards in every department and manage to those standards
Ensure company policies are followed, and create an environment that fosters training/development of employees, motivates them to excel, and that is professional and treats employees with respect and dignity
