Join our Thom Mystic Valley Early Intervention Program and make a difference in the lives of children!

Thom Child and Family Services is the largest provider of early intervention services in the Commonwealth. We have programs in eight geographic areas, including Woburn, Springfield, Haverhill/Newburyport, Waltham, Westfield, Marlboro, Lowell and Boston. Our Early Intervention teams provide services to eligible children birth to three years old, and their families.

As an Occupational Therapist at our program, you will be joining a strong team of multidisciplinary professionals.
You will participate in eligibility evaluations with your team and act as a Service Coordinator for individual families.
You will provide services to children based on their Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
You will work with individual families and children at their homes, their day care providers, or community sites.

Thom programs provide a supportive environment for both experienced and beginning Occupational Therapists, through on-going supervision as well as through paid continuing education and training. We encourage and provide leadership opportunities for team members. The program offers "family friendly" work schedules with full-time, part time and hourly positions.

REQUIREMENTS
Current MA Occupational Therapist license
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to write reports.
Strong organizational skills to balance productivity needs and required paperwork.
Respectful of individual family cultures.
