Sentara School of Heatlh Professions have the following openings: Nursing Instructor I - Nursing Care Partner and LPN Program; Nursing Instructor II - Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics and Medi/Surg - RN Program and Education Coordinator for Surgical Tech Program.
Responsible for the clinical instruction of students to include planning, developing, and providing creative classroom and clinical learning experiences. Ability to teach, coach, and mentor on the clinical unit and skills laboratory. Responsible for writing and evaluating outcome-based tests and competency performance assessments related to theory. Capable of writing, observing and evaluating competency performance exams. Responsible for evaluating student performance and requires flexibility with hours to include some evenings
