National Sales Manager - Management Education

We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to work in our Corporate Sales Department located in Reston, Virginia.

This talented, high-energy professional will be responsible for will building a team of field-based Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for Learning Tree’s Management, Leadership and Business Skills training programs. This person will develop, implement and manage sales objectives and strategies, as well as work with Marketing and Product Development to coordinate advertising, promotions and new product ideas. The National Sales Manager will play a hands-on role in helping to close new business opportunities, and will also represent the company in all activities associated with the Management Institute brand.
REQUIREMENTS
In-depth familiarity with a variety of management training concepts, practices, and procedures and extensive experience are required, as are creativity and a winning attitude

We will consider applicants with experience in selling executive recruiting services, management training and/or Human Resource related services, training and/or products
