There are several outstanding opportunities available in major metropolitan markets in the United States



As a National Director, Education Solutions you will be challenged to do the following:




Apply a consultative approach to selling.


Identify, target and penetrate opportunities for new and expanded business by leveraging Grow's products and solutions to meet specific client needs and requirements.


You will partner with the Director of Business Development regarding revenue, growth and profit forecasting and reporting.


Identify and relay information on market trends; collaborate in the management of account relationships; and act as a mentor to Sales personnel.
Job Requirements
Possess 5-10 years of direct sales experience in a competitive marketplace
Proven ability to plan and deliver high-level sales presentations, and sound strategic thinking skills.
You must have a successful record mentoring a sales team, and meeting/exceeding annual quotas in excess of $5MM ($1MM individual sales).
A high energy level, outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities also essential.
A Bachelor's degree is required.



The following are considered assets: experience selling to public institutions, knowledge of the education/educational assessment industry, and an advanced degree in educational assessment or business administration.
