Join our team as a Manager of Center Operations in Bethesda! Take your retail management experience to an entirely different level by servicing students in an educational environment! This position requires the ability to manage a P&L, to develop, lead, and motivate a team, as well as create opportunities that drive growth and business results.
Responsibilities:
- P&L management.
- Revenue growth by developing and implementing local marketing programs.
- Delivery of service/operations ensuring student satisfaction.
- Staff management including hiring and training of center managers, teachers, and additional staff members.
- Supervision of administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts receivable, and enrollment management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
- Ability to manage P&L.
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability to manage in a service-oriented environment, preferably in retail.
- Experience in sales/marketing coupled with direct staff management and business development.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Passion for customer service and business growth.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Problem solving, decision-making and creative thinking abilities.
- Some local travel is required.
- Ability to work occasionally during evenings and weekends.
