Management Staff and Preschool Teachers

If so, La Petite Academy has the perfect job for you! We are currently recruiting for Directors, Assistant Directors and Assistants in Management for our academies in south Florida (Dade and Broward counties).


WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Consistently provide oversight for the safe supervision of children
Manage staff of Early Childhood Professionals
Oversee success of financial plan for the academy
Complete book-work, file maintenance for staff and children, and scheduling of employees
Assist in attracting prospective parents/customers
Assume teaching responsibilities for any age group/class on an as needed basis

REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Director credential according to the state of Florida (Director/Asst. Director candidates)
45 hour certification
AA/BA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred
Previous management experience working in a preschool setting (Director candidates)
Goal oriented
