Job Responsibilities:

Consults with Departments, Agency Field Offices and Agents to conduct learning and performance improvement needs analysis
Serves as primary L&D contact for agency field partners
Develops and delivers training or learning solutions in response to identified customer / field needs
Conducts and interprets measurement and/or evaluation data of learning applications / interventions
Delivers, implements, evaluates, and maintains results based learning programs and materials specific to Zone training needs
Serves as a resource on a variety of training programs and procedures
Coordinates training, orientations, workshops, and seminars for Zone as appropriate
Project management
Prepare formal and informal communications for Zone Executive Office, Zone, Agency Partners and other customers

REQUIREMENTS
ITEMS OF NOTE:

May travel via commercial transportation or driving a motor vehicle or both to conferences, Agency Field Offices, Claim Offices, Agents' offices, Operation Centers, etc. for visitations, conducting training, or attending seminars
Responsibility will vary depending on the role of the incumbent Incumbent may work irregular hours due to travel, work load, or job requirements


SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Background and/or understanding of adult learning theory and practice
Proactive in identifying solutions and decision making
Ability to self manage varying workload and competing priorities
Established rapport with Agency Field Offices and Agents
Familiarity with various learning delivery methods including distance learning
Understanding of project management methodology
Demonstrate coaching ability
Leadership attributes and ability to inspire collaboration and cooperation within team, and with external customers
Ability and comfort level with Executive level interactions and communication
