Responsible for understanding the Assurance, Tax, Advisory, and IFS strategy and L&E prioritiesFacilitate and manage the day to day communication between Assurance, Tax, Advisory and IFS L&E and designated LoS clients and services groups
Facilitate the curriculum development process for delegated projects
Consult on human performance improvement issues
Participate in L&E teams and special projects
Design effective learning solutions to enhance the services delivered by LoS practitioners
Develop learning solutions that enhance that desired knowledge, skills, and attributes of LoS practitioners
Assist in the delivery of learning solutions so that the outcomes are consistent, reliable, and predictable
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions
Work with manager/director on the L&E project budgets
Manage the documentation of learning solutions according to L&E guidelines and CPE policies
Update L&E learning management systems as required by L&E guidelines
Prepare documents and reports related to curriculum development, human performance improvement, and instructional strategies as expected
Participate in special projects as assignedSr. Associate only works on a couple of projects at one time.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Advanced degree
preferred in areas such as: Education, Performance Consulting, HR, Change
Management or Tax.Essential Requirements:
Working knowledge of applicable learning technologies and their application in a professional services environment
Experience designing/delivering training via virtual classroom technologies (webcasting, virtual classroom, teleconferencing)
Familiarity with popular learning support tools such as Lectora, Flash, RoboHelp, Captivate, QuestionMark, etc.
Must have 1-3 years experience providing human performance improvement consultation, project management and training.
Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions
Knowledge of professional services business and related competencies
Competency in human performance improvement consulting
Excellent project management skills
Able to work independently
Must be technically and relationship skilled.
Software design experience.
