Assists in the administration and delivery of training and educational programs. Coordinates training schedules. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness. Handles special projects, as assigned. Candidate should have a strong grasp of organizational development, and structural design. Should be familiar with adult learning concepts. Must have good platform skills. Should have a strong desire to learn instructional design and related concepts. Must be proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have very good organizational skills. Prefer a degree in organizational management, instructional design, or education. Prefer corporate training which includes performance management and any other professional training experience to be considered for this positionPosted: 6/19/2006

Fundamental knowledge of principles, practices and procedures associated with instructional design and delivery. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills.
