Instructional Technologist II

L-3 Communications Titan Group, Intelligence Solutions Division has an opening for an Instructional Technologist II.

This position provides Information and Instructional Technology support/liaison technician to work in dynamic testing facilities, providing a wide range of support. Bring critical technical issues to the attention of appropriate management, act as point of entry for IT requirements; assist in the definition, documentation and prioritization of IT requirements; prepare and/or interpret technical requirements; promote interoperability and consolidation of IT assets; work with customers to ensure that IT system support is meeting IT requirements; provide information to customers about IT enhancement initiatives and new technologies; manage and implement mechanisms to provide up-to-the-minute information regarding any scheduled IT installations/deployments that may have a negative affect on customer operations. Assist instructors in the development of CBT courseware on CD/DVD and the Internet. Provide classroom esting facility audio/visual support including Smartboards, and other media equipment. Experience with Sony Virtuoso Testing software preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Five years experience in configuring, installing, integrating, and testing computer hardware for Windows and Unix based systems.

Education:
Associates degree in Electronics Technology or Computer Technology.
