In Store Educator

Summary: Perform all functions related to administering & coordinating store training programs, and other human resources functions as required. This is currently a 24 hour a week position with the possibility to expand to full time in the future. Will Do: 1. Schedule and facilitate New Member Orientation 2. Track New Hire development and orientation period 3. Organize and oversee all aspects of store training and re-training programs 4. Encourage and actively expand the Passport program “LEAD” 5. Motivate and mentor New Hires and Team Members 6. Work with the Regional Trainer, other Store Trainers and Store Leadership to continually develop training programs in the store and the region 7. Work in conjunction with Team Leadership to develop and support Team specific trainers 8. Attend all team and store meetings 9. Perform other duties, as assigned
