In Store Educator

1. Schedule and facilitate New Member Orientation 2. Track New Hire development and orientation period 3. Organize and oversee all aspects of store training and re-training programs 4. Motivate and mentor New Hires and Team Members 5. Work with the Regional Trainer, other Store Trainers and Store Leadership to continually develop training programs in the store and the region 6. Work in conjunction with Team Leadership to develop and support Team specific trainers 7. Attend all team and store meetings 8. Perform other duties, as assigned

Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong foundation in Core Values and Company culture Excellent organizational skills and follow through Patience and ability to be redundant without frustration Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, Intranet and World wide web Dynamic vision and presentation skills Positive and self-directed Strong understanding of WFM policies and procedures General knowledge of all departments Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the store, including nights and weekends as required Passion for training, development and food
