INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST TECHNOLOGY FOR ONLINE LEARNING San Juan College is currently accepting applications for an INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALIST - TECHNOLOGY FOR ONLINE LEARNING. The position has responsibilities for designing, prototyping, developing and implementing online courses. Responsibilities will include: collaborating with faculty on design for online courses; providing feedback on the most effective strategies for the subject matter; using creativity to bring ideas to the design of effective online courses; in addition to other duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Distance Learning, Curriculum Design, or Education and a minimum of five years of on-line learning experience in a higher education setting required; Master's Degree highly desired. The successful candidate will have knowledge of relevant computer hardware, software, and applications along with strong technology skills. Must have experience with instructional design for online courses. SALARY: $33,000 Annually.
