Founded in 1787 Haddonfield Friends School in known for its Quaker values, educational achievements, dedicated teaching staff, nurturing environment that respects the whole child, extraordinary family-teacher relationships and an unusually strong sense of community.
The school has over 150 students in Pre-K through grade 8.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be seeking a long-term position. Additonally, the candidate should have the following proven qualifications and demonstrated characteristics.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent commincation skills, both oral and written
- Experience supervising and evaluating facility and staff
- Experience hiring and developing excellent faculty and staff
- Comfort with and success in fundraising
- Experience reviewing financial records and making budgetary decisions
- Leadership in curriculum development and instruction
- Experience helping set strategic direction and achieving long-term goals
- Advanced degree preferred
