Grants Coordinator (Coordinator III)

Incumbent will formulate grant budgets and be required to write or advise on budget justification in conjunction with Principal Investigators. Prepare all grant application forms as needed and route through appropriate approval process to ensure application is submitted on or before agency deadline. Monitor on a monthly basis all grant expenditures and maintain expense documentation. Reconcile accounts and provide variances against budget. Maintain a database of all active grants and be responsible for setting up files and maintain documentation with relevant correspondence for newly awarded grants.


Bachelors degree and three years relevant work experience in grants administration English (both written and verbal) required. Must present proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as learning new programs. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience or certifications will be considered.
