Executive Staffing Partner

Description This position is responsible for full cycle staffing of leadership positions for the organization including: sourcing high performing candidates, managing ads, interviewing and making hiring recommendations. The individual in this role is an expert in sourcing passive candidates through creative recruiting strategies. They will lead new staffing initiatives and roll out to the organization. The ideal candidate must embrace the company’s mission, vision and values, and be able to articulate the unique aspects of our workplace culture to candidates and organizations. This candidate must possess exceptional customer service, project management, organizational resourcefulness skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Creatively source, evaluate and place candidates for executive level positions.
Build pipelines of passive candidates by conducting research and partnering with research organizations.
Effectively utilize competency and behavior based interviewing to select high performance candidates
Lead various staffing projects and initiatives, staying within budget while ensuring successful implementation
Collaborate with campus People Services teams to ensure staffing programs and procedures are implemented as intended
Proactively partner with organizational leaders to develop creative recruitment strategies
Work closely with vendors to create and maintain quality relationships
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with organizational leaders that facilitate the co-development of strategic recruitment and sourcing plans to best support their business needs.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Masters Degree preferred
7+ staffing experience, with at least 3 years filling executive level positions
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
