Executive Director of the Foundation

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE FOUNDATION needed full-time at Kankakee Community College. Duties include overseeing all the aspects of the KCC Foundation and the student scholarship programs; providing the institutional leadership for cultivating donors and developing gifts and annual giving to the Foundation; serving as an external relations officers, assisting the College President in communications with the elected officials and Federal and State agencies; and assisting the college in developing and integrating strategic plans and in coordinating resource development.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree strongly preferred. Highly developed and effective oral and written communication skills required. Successful funds-development experience required. Experience in foundation management, grants development and management, and strategic planning preferred. Salary based on education and experience, with fringe benefits. Screening will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
