Evaluation Specialist

Support systematic program evaluation process for CAP education programs including research design, data collection, analysis and reporting activities. Conduct education needs assessments and work with content experts to develop knowledge/skill assessments.1. Plan and conduct education needs assessments
2. Develop evaluation plans to assess education course/activity effectiveness
3. Create data collection instruments (e.g., questionnaires, focus group protocols)
4. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses
5. Write clear, concise evaluation reports, intended for a variety of audiences
6. Assist with development and validation of knowledge/skill assessments
REQUIREMENTS
A Master's degree from an accredited university in evaluation, educational research/measurement, industrial psychology or related social science discipline (or Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience) required. Must possess a minimum of two years relevant evaluation experience in a professional environment.
