Job Description:
LOCATION: FLEXIBLE (preferably supporting Northeastern US)

The Technical Training Specialist 4/Educational Specialist is the training link to customers and customer support staff. They provide technical and competitive information to the organization.

Other responsibilities include: (Other duties may be assigned)

?Conduct large group training seminars.
?Provide in-office training to individual customers who have been identified for this purpose.
?Assist in training Siemens internal staff.
?Provide input to supervisor on additional training needs and materials for Siemens Hearing Instruments.
?Assist in collection of competitive data.

Job Requirements:
?Management of external trainer group (consultants).
?Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
?Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
?Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
?Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
?Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Education:
?Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Achieve the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology or is licensed to practice Audiology.
