Education Services Director

The Education Services Director is responsible for the successful management of assigned treatment and education programs of the Agency. Implement assigned education program in division consistent with over-all Agency philosophy and within professional perimeters for best practices for assigned program area(s). Provide supervisory structure for appropriate review of educational activities to ensure the appropriateness of individual educational plans, effective utilization of resources, adherence to professionally recognized best practices, provision of culturally sensitive services, goal-directedness of care, and integration to other aspects of care. Manage student education records in accordance with Agency policy/procedures as well as requirements of the designated accrediting bodies; respond to Agency Utilization Review in a timely and complete manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and analytical skills. Effective skills in the utilization of resources. Knowledge of standard and accepted principles and practices of leadership, motivation, team building, quality improvement and problem resolution. Ability to meet professional standards and requirements for assigned programs with specific attention to licensing, accreditation, and standards compliance. Experience in public speaking and knowledge of the principles and practices of public relations. Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major course work in education, and at least four (4) years of managerial experience.
