Main responsibilities are to develop multi-professional healthcare education and quality programs across a continuum of healthcare.
REQUIREMENTS
This position is responsible for the development of new continuing education and quality programs that are of interest to the membership and related committees. Other duties include reviewing research and developing business plans for new, and ongoing education programs, while working with committees and work groups to identify program feasibility. Conduct and supervise the training and development of quality improvement programs for medical institutions nationwide. Deliver customized solutions that enhance the clients ability to improve acute care delivery and patient outcomes.Position requires strong interaction with association members & the ability to manage multiple projects with differing timelines. Recent experience as a healthcare practitioner required, along with experience as a healthcare educator. Must be able to produce health care copy for various marketing materials. BA/BS required. Masters preferred. Must be high energy, organized, detail oriented, & able to multi-task in a small team environment.
