District Educational Manager - Los Angeles

As the District Educational Manager reporting to the District Manager, you will:
Conduct initial training of educational programs with new directors
Recruit Directors of Education
Provide instructor training workshops
Identify areas of development to improve efficiency of center operations
Monitor key stats and insure goals are attained
Coordinate your efforts with the District Manager to provide a cohesive support team to your market.You will also communicate information to each center in a timely fashion, strategize with teams to improve methods of center communication and improve efficiency of center systems.
REQUIREMENTS
BA degree and at least five years education experience preferred. Teaching certificate, training and management experience are required.
