The Director of Sales is responsible for recruiting new HPPI Education members in assigned geographic territory. Liaison and overall responsibility for assigned customers, serving their needs and enabling them to grow participation in HPPI agreements; Provide education and training on all HPPI agreements to members. Meet regularly with supply partners to establish targets. Assist in targeting and growing market share, facilitating meetings and resolving any issues; Provide input to HPPI on market conditions and changes to assist in providing members with needed contracts and programs; Responsible for assuring that participation reporting problems are reported and resolved in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
•Undergraduate degree or commensurate experience in Education Market is preferred
•Masters Degree a plus
•Minimum of 5 years sales experience, Education sales experience preferred
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Customer service oriented
•Demonstrated ability to work remotely/independently
•Ability to travel
•Excellent follow-up skills
