Director of Graduate Programs
The Director of Graduate Programs is responsible for the execution of all courses and test types (GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, GRE etc.) for 50 locations in the MA, NH, ME and VT region.
This position is based in Newton, MA
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Having responsibility for the growth, profitability of sites
· Course Scheduling, Content & Administration
· Working with Executives and Marketing Director to determine budget projections for each term & decide on new sites for all Grad test types
· Working with team to create long and short term office plans and assist in writing business goals and budget
· Managing Instructors and Full time staff (Course Director and Assistant Director) (2)
· Working with Marketing Director to research and write schedules for GMAT, GRE, MCAT and LSAT programs, etc.
· Adapting courses from national models, create where no national models exist, and oversee distribution of all student and teacher handouts, before, during, and after the course
· Recruiting, Hiring and setting up new teacher trainings for all Grad test types
· Handling the student and parent concerns that need to be escalated from Admin staff
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be a solution-based, creative, extremely well-organized individual with an interest in the business of education who can think logically.
They must be able to manage and balance a variety of responsibilities in a time-sensitive environment while assuring quality and consistency of procedures and output.
Experience managing a team is essential.
