The PA Human Relations Commission (PHRC)is seeking applicants for a full-time Education and Community Services (ECS) Division programs and staff. Programs are coordinated with the regional directors of PHRCs regional offices in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Duties are performed under the direction of the PHRC
Executive Director.

Applicants must meet the minimum requirements: 6 years of professional civil rights, education, employee relations, community relations, or a related area exp., including 2 years exp directly involved in civil rights/human relations work in ECS (working with intergroup education problems, investigating discriminatory practices, or addressing community intergroup relations) and a Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of exp or training including 2 years exp. involved in civil rights/human relations work in ECS such as working with intergroup education problems, investigating discriminatory practices, or addressing community intergroup
relations.
