Director of Education - Dallas, TX (Preston & Frankford)

Come grow with us! The Director of Education will report to the Center Director and is responsible for:
Communicating with parents and teachers
Hiring, managing and training instructors
Overseeing educational programs
Creating and maintaining an environment conducive to learning
Administering student assessments
Providing positive reinforcement to motivate students.

Some evening and weekend hours are necessary.
REQUIREMENTS


Candidates for Director of Education should possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in education
State certification
2+ years’ teaching/education experience
Business and sales experience, managerial skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
