Director of Education

This position organizes, directs, and controls the administrative and functional activities of the department. Serves as an educational resource to administration, management, and staff in the development of programming designed to meet identified learning needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree with at least 5 years education and management experience. Health care experience required. Has advanced skills in organizational development, adult education, management, and communication. Shows creativity, flexibility, strategic thinking and collaborative problem-solving in achievement of organizational goals. Competent in transformational leadership and leading change.
