DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES - TPA Insurance
Responsible for all client activities related to third party administration of self-funded benefits plans, renewal activity, renewal implementation, new client implementation, and vendor relations.
Will work directly with new and existing clients to assess benefits plan information, eligibility criteria, vendor information, etc… to develop and manage the implementation of benefits processing program. Manage relationships with clients and vendors including but not limited to Drug Card Companies, Managed Care Networks, Reinsurance Companies, and Enrollment agents.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 + years experience in implementation, management, and administration of self-funded employee benefits plans and specifically process development to include but not limited to third party administration, claim processing, disclosure process, pre-certification, case management process, internal dissemination of information, and plan changes for external clients.
