Director of Career Services

Our Southern California campus needs a dynamic Director of Career Services. If you are ready to apply your leadership skills to direct and coordinate our Career Services Department, then this is the opportunity for you. You will cultivate healthcare employer contacts in our community for job externship opportunities and provide guidance and assistance in helping a diverse population of students obtain employment. You will be a member of the campus key management team with 3 direct reports.

Programs Offered:
Massage Therapy
Medical Assistant
Medical Coding/Billing
Pharmacy Technician

What skills and experience you will need:

•Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results
•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
•Leadership experience
•An ongoing customer focus
•The highest levels of integrity at all times
•A bachelor degree is preferred.
•5-7 years experience in career placement services highly desirable.
•Local industry and demographic knowledge through community involvement
•Ability to understand and utilize measurable metrics
•Local travel is required.
