As a dynamic Director of Admissions you will be challenged to make a difference at Hesser College. You will be in charge of all aspects of student enrollment as you work with our experienced, admissions team.
You will represent programs that foster student learning and the opportunity to launch, enhance, or change careers. Hesser College was founded in 1900 as a business school. Our regionally accredited college is dedicated to providing quality programs that integrate the curriculum with professional skill development, empowering students to achieve their lifelong personal and professional goals. Classes are available both day and evening to accommodate our student’s needs.

What you will do:
•Motivate, mentor, and coach team to attain admission goals.
•Establish team responsibility, leadership, and performance.
•Responsible for on-going hiring, training and professional development of admissions staff.
•Interact effectively with Financial Aid and all other departments
•Responsible for various reports to ensure the Executive Director and Home Office are updated
Skills and Experience you will need:
•2+ years in sales management or supervisory position in a fast paced environment. Post-secondary school admissions experience a BIG PLUS.
•Patience and problem-solving approach to admissions issues.
•Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
•Familiarity with Commitment Based Selling a plus.
•Highly organized, with the ability to consistently multi-task.
•Strong goal and results orientation.
•Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
•Highly motivated, and passionate about achieving strict goals and deadlines for the Admissions team.
•Persuasive communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
