ComputerTraining.com is currently accepting applications for Directors of Admissions for our brand new Boston Microsoft IT Academy.Our Directors of Admissions are responsible for enrolling individuals and corporations into our evening certification programs. Duties include responding to internet leads in a timely manner, proper handling of incoming calls, appointment setting, face to face consulting with perspective students and solid customer follow up. 40-50 phone calls daily is expected.
Candidates enjoying success range from career fields such as: mortgage brokers, real estate, insurance, teachers, financial advisors, recent college graduates or those with a successful history in sales and/or education. Must be able to communicate and paint a picture verbally.
The ideal candidate will possess superior client service skills, excellent communication skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, possess a sense of urgency, be persistent, set high standards for themselves, accept responsibility, ambitious, excel individually and in a team environment. IT knowledge (hardware/networking concept) is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office is 100% Necessary. Our compensation package includes base salary of $50,000, team bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. The package is also tied to performance so if you enjoy being rewarded for your efforts and can adjust quickly to changing situations then this is for you.

REQUIREMENTS
This position offers a base salary of $50,000 a year plus an aggressive bonus plan. A college degree, positive attitude and a pleasant telephone / interview presence is a must.
Professional dress and people skills are req'd. Successful candidates will excel at interacting with people of all levels and backgrounds.
