Join the professionals on our team and share in a quality career experience.Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director of Clinical Education and a matrix relationship with the site based Patient Care Executive, assesses, maintains, directs and implements educational strategies that enable staff to achieve department and organizational education goals. This position organizes, directs and controls administrative and functional activities of the department consistent with the institution’s policies, goals and objectives. Serves as an educational expert to administration, management, and staff in the development of programming designed to meet identified learning needs.Job RequirementsMasters Degee in Nursing
