La Petite Academy is currently looking for a dynamic, creative, committed educator to perform in the role as Academy Director. Academy Directors at La Petite Academy play a major role in making LPA a provider of choice in educational programs in the communities that we service. Some of the exciting things that you will do as an Academy Director with LPA include but or not limited to:

·Utilize our management philosophy to effectively implement LPA’s child care and educational objectives
·Provide an environment conducive to learning, creativity and positive associate/child/parent interaction
·Assume responsibility for Academy financial and enrollment growth
·Recruit, select and retain quality associates
·General accountability for overall operation of Academy

REQUIREMENTS
Must meet individual state requirements or possess the following:
·1 year supervisory experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in early childhood education
·Any licenses, certificates or specialized training as required by State law and/or regulatory agencies
·Business and Program oriented; Excellent communication skills; Upbeat and friendly attitude
