Development Officer


This full-time administrator conducts development
activities in an assigned region with a portfolio of 125–150 prospects. Responsibilities include identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship for both annual and capital support.


Qualifications: Three years of development
experience and a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred. Commitment to liberal arts education; excellent organizational
and communications skills; firm understanding of fund raising concepts; demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team; and proven professional track record. Willingness to travel essential. Basic knowledge of planned giving concepts
desirable.
