DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT

The Residential Treatment Director provides direct primary leadership, supervision and consultation to the clinical, residential, nursing and volunteer coordinators who with their staff plan, implement and deliver therapeutic services to at risk children/youth and families. Major responsibilities include monitoring, evaluating and improving program services. Effectively partners with other agency directors to insure that the concerns of DPW, Managed Care Organizations and especially children are addressed.
REQUIREMENTS
St Mary’s Villa for Children and Families is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Candidate must have graduate degree and be a Licensed Social Worker. Minimum of five (5) years experience working with at risk children/youth. In addition, excellent written and oral communication and a valid drivers license is required. Experience in both residential and clinical is a plus.
