DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

The Director of Admissions is responsible for managing the Admissions staff who prospect and start students for their respective schools. The Director will organize, supervise, and direct the activities of Admissions Reps, with the goal being to enroll student candidates.
You will manage the budget, staff, all metrics, including recruiting and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS
Both Bachelor’s Degree and 5-years of Sales Management experience to include relationship building and customer service accountability preferably in an educational sales environment.
Strong passion for results, work ethic and a winning attitude.
Solid track record of success and sales accountability.
