REQUIREMENTS
**** For CSR, must have call center experience-- with students back at college for fall semester, they need a lot of help handling the enrollment data/verification, customer service support with school-related issues/inquiries.
* The Customer Service position is very school-related and specific to the company, that is why they prefer someone who has experience working in a registrar's office, student aid/loan office, or even admin work in a university/college atmosphere*The company has shown a new interest in people with work experience as a teller, or with a bank* The company is quite selective, so requirements vary to a certain extent regarding each position
