Custodial Manager - ARAMARK Education - New York, NY

The Custodial Manager will be responsible for all facility custodial management in a university environment. Managers need to have knowledge of a wide variety of facilities, experience in managing and developing custodial workers, expertise in asset management, and extensive safety facility programs. You will be expected to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and development of hourly staff.

Job Requirements
Ideal candidates would have experience in the custodial or housekeeping industry. As well as a bachelor's degree (are/or requisite industrial and management experience), and the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focuses on client and customer services. Must be able to respond effectively to changing demands, and have strong organization and time management skills.
